Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unaltered, with tags and original packaging (if any). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and, if applicable, process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after approval. Please note that if the return is caused by the customer (wrong address, refused delivery, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any taxes. If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Multiple Order Returns
If you need to return items from two or more separate orders, you must initiate and ship a separate return for each order; otherwise, we will not be able to record all returns.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned, such as items past the 15-day period. Please contact us if you are unsure about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
